This ice type soaks up liquids to create a crunchy, cold snack. Nugget ice is drier than flake ice, and it's recommended for frozen beverages such as smoothies and margaritas because it blends quickly and smoothly.
The Ice-O-Matic GEM0650A/B40PS ice machine with bin is an air-cooled unit. To cool itself, this piece of equipment moves fresh air across the condenser. Because the entire condensing unit is contained within the machine, it's straightforward to install, and it's an economical alternative to water-cooled and remote units. In ideal ambient conditions, the ice maker produces as much as 740 pounds of ice per 24 hours.
