It has PURE ICE® antimicrobial protection to inhibit the growth of bacteria, and it performs sanitizing and descaling with the touch of a button. To clean the food zone components, they can be removed and placed in the dishwasher. An LED display provides a readout of the system's current status, while a self-contained condenser cools the unit to streamline installation.
