The Ice-O-Matic ICEU220HW ice machine offers an ice maker and integrated storage bin, but has a compact design that facilitates undercounter installation and installation into layouts with a limited amount of available space. Capable of producing up to 251 pounds of half cube ice per day and storing 70 pounds at a time, this self-contained ice machine is an ideal solution for bars, cafes, and other venues with drink prep or bulk cooling needs. Because of its shape and size, half cube ice is also a great option for use with blended drinks. Access to the ice is made easy with a large sliding door located at a comfortable height at the top of the unit.
The ICEU220HW undercounter ice machine also includes a number of Ice-O-Matic's exclusive features to provide the unit with durability and a reliable performance. It is constructed with stainless steel and molded plastic and includes adjustable 6-inch legs. The evaporator is nickel-plated and has a copper core, which helps it withstand damage from ice and water exposure, and built-in antimicrobial protection in the interior inhibits the growth of bacteria. Harvest Assist pushes ice consistently into the bin to produce ice at a more regular rate. For optimal production, use this ice machine in an ambient air temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit and with an incoming water temperature of 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
