These cubes are 0.875 inch by 0.875 inch by 0.875 inch, and since they melt slowly in drinks, they are perfect for restaurants and bars. The unit's condenser is air cooled, meaning a fan blows air over the coils to cool refrigerant as it moves away from the evaporator plate, freezing water to form cubes.
